Being charged for a fully paid credit plan

I've had a revolving Credit Plan with FNB that has been paid up for many years now. I decided to use it to boost my ebucks level and paid it off again on the 26th of Aug. I now see a debit order of R149.26 which I do not understand. I am currently on hold for the longest time with Palesa who has asked me whether I had closed the plan after paying it off? Why is it now a problem if I pay it off and leave it there as I have done all these other years without being charged for a fully paid plan? This doesn't make sense and I demand a reversal of my funds.

Reviewer Update
I just spoke to Patricia who told me that even though I have a paid up account, I will be charged monthly just for them having funds available for me just in case. She seems clueless about what she is doing and was not even better prepared to respond to my query. The statement she has made is rather inconsistent as she cannot account for the last few years of not being charged. Tells me that things changed in the last 3/4 years but seemingly not implemented till this month. FNB or rather it's staff doesn't care about it's customers and will chew you up and spit you out! Complete lack of customer care. I have asked them to remove the revolving loan on my profile. And since they refuse to refund my R149.26, I will move savings to another bank, settle and close all my links with FNB.
