Being Charged after Cancellation

I took out 2 sims in the begining of this year and before a week was up i decided against it and called in to cancel them. 1 was cancelled and only realised recently i was still being charged for the other sim. | tried emailing FNB to no response, it has been some time since then and just need this cancelled and my money refunded to me.

Sooooo, I eventually called customer service as still i am being debited for a sim i do not have. Service depot said they could not assist and told me someone from RETENTIONS would call me back to which they did but they too had no clue how to assist. Was told by the retention consultant she would forward my issue to another dept to which i have still had no response. this is so frustrating. Please assist

Had to get in contact with the CEO of FNB to have this resolved. He sorted it out within 1 day. Thanks anyways
