Being bul**** by FNB and their TS Legal lawyers

I don't know why you keep on harassing me with your ts legal lawyers because I have an agreement with FNB that I'm paying R800 every month on my credit card ***65 2003, I don't know the credit card you are talking about and I have been complaining about this for almost a year now and I have logged complaints but I'm still being harassed even though I'm paying my credit card.

Today i received an email and it says Good day, Sir MR DANIEL K MSIBI

Trust you are well. Account no. *** Credit Card We refer to the above and wish to inform you that your credit card is in arrears of R 5080 Outstanding Balance: R 30870.17 Last Chance to reinstate your Credit facility you need settle your full arrears before month end. Or else your Card will be deactivated and moved to Pre-Legal Department. Settle your account and get your facility reinstated (T&C’s apply)

My credit card is ***65 2003 I don't know what you are talking about because I have paid as per the agreement.
