Being bothered to FICA a closed account

I closed my FNB bank account many years ago but lately you have been sending me emails with regards to FICA compliance and I need to bring updated documents to ensure my account stays active.... I DO NOT have an account with you. I DO NOT want an account with you.

I went into a branch and closed this account, even had to make a payment to have it closed, I would never come back to this ****************. Please ensure all my accounts are closed on your end as I have no business with you.
