Being billed for eft when Fnb says it's a debit order.

Random service fee being billed on Fnb Bank statement. Agent on chat Shaun is telling me I went above my 30 debit orders, however I don't even have 10 to begin with, then he says I made an extra 8 efts that was being billed for? A debit order and eft payment is not the same thing!!!!! Check your statements people, they are not allowed to bill for eft payments and claim its a debit order.
