Being a loyal FNB Premier client - means nothing to FNB!

I have been a loyal FNB Premier client since 2013, yet my loyalty and Premier client status to FNB means nothing! I app**** for a home loan through FNB, thinking they will go the extra mile to assist and make the dream of becoming a first time homeowner a reality. The application process was frustrating to say the least. From delayed and lack of communication from the home loan consultant to incorrect information used for the actual submission, even though all the correct documentation and figures was submitted from the start. This dream was short lived. FNB notified me the application was declined due to me not being permanently employed. I explained I am employed on a contract basis with a fixed salary yearly. After all this effort with no success I believe it is best to take my business to one of their competitors. FNB gladly takes my money every month, but they are not willing to assist me to purchase my first property. I find this extremely **************.
