BEGGING FOR FOREX

I have since sent about 3 emails to Forex in JHB, i received a mail stating that they would contact me within one working day. I heard nothing, I phoned them three times just to be on hold and holding for a total of 24 mins with no reply.<br> We are traveling overseas and need to order forex which is a SERVICE FNB offers. Yet i have to do the running around and beg for someone to help me.<br> I called , eventually got through and they said they would call me back in 30 mins, im still waiting a day later.<br> They deliver once a week to my branch which is in three days from now, so im feeling a little frustrated that they can offer a service yet when you need it no one can help.<br> Funny thing is my brother and sister who are flying with us ordered and where helped immediately !!!<br>
