Begging for escalations and responses... Where are FNB managers ?

Iv been Banking with FNB, Personal and Business, however in terms of business banking there is no regard for escalations or requests, Iv been begging for a few days now for a senior to get in touch but my requests are being ignored, Thabang Mafora who is in a management role has not responded to any of my requests or has provided a solution nor even spoken a word to me on my case whilst being ccd in upon escalation on escalation. unfortunately no one wants to take accountability on anything, for an entire week, radio silence on my case. its been 3 weeks since my initial issue has been logged.... I think this is my second review on hello Peter for FNB specifically, unfortunately its not because I feel like going to socials to complain, its because I hope that it will be brought to the attention of someone senior who is capable in resolving the issue at hand and actually make me feel like im a valued client.
