Before you try to open an account with FNB - dont.

I’ve tried for THREE MONTHS to get someone at FNB to activate my business account. I registered for it online (which is not user friendly at all). The consultants give inconsistent and misleading information. They have put me on a run around over something as trivial as a proof of residence because they did then DIDNT accept my personal Investec Bank statements. I’ve wasted countless hours on the phone with them to get them to be clear about their requirements but every time I call a different consultant I get different information. It’s ****. I recommend Nedbank. They’re efficient.
