Been with FNB since 2009, beginning to question my loyalty

My metal debit card was cloned, and **********ly used. I opened a case with FNB, and it's been ongoing for a long time now. When l requested for a replacement metal card, l was advised that l have to pay R1,050 for that.

I reached out to the personal banker on 15 February 2023 via email stating that l didn't believe l should be liable for that card replacement fee, and after all, it's not like l lost the card.

May anyone else from FNB kindly assist me?
