Been waiting since 11 May 2015 for a card
On 11th May I sent an application form to FNB requesting a companion card for my wife. Before that I had to phone twice to get the correct form. I have had to chase up twice now. Tried to chase up today but was cut off while waiting (not the first time that has happened either). They promise a 5 day turnaround. This is not a new application, this is just a companion card for my wife. When I originally app**** for my card it was very quick. Clearly once they have lured you in the service deteriorates.
