Been waiting a month for a credit card. Really?
With the many many weird and wonderful things happening in SA today, one of them is how the FNB Credit Card department are still operational. It baffles me to say the least.
I have been waiting all in all almost 4 weeks for a credit card. I wrote a review the beginning of the week (After waiting 2 weeks) and I had 7 phone calls in 2 days assuring me that my credit card has been processed and is on its way and that DSV would call me the next day to arrange delivery.
3 days later (crick...crick....) Theres a problem in your Credit Card process FNB!! Sort it out!
