Been to Branch twice but still Error217 on Account

I opened an FNB personal account for the first time a few weeks ago yet the *********** staff are unable to do the simple thing of opening up a bank account. I went into the Sunninghill branch on friday the 23rd October to collect my Platinum Cheque and credit cards, to hand in my ID copy and FICA my account with proof of residence. The *********** lady issued my cards and updated my pins, and sent me on my way. She did not offer nor activate me on internet banking & as I have a business bank account I thought I'd be able to register myself, but not so. Then that afternoon I was unable to register as my pins didn't work. I called the hotline and was told that they hadn't correctly set up my pins at the branch and that I had to go back to the branch. So Saturday morning payday, I drag my 2 little children to the branch for another person to reset the pins again. <br> Now my salary has been paid into the account & I need to make payments, I cannot load beneficiaries as I get the ERROR 217 - CUSTOMER NOT ABLE TO DEBIT THIS ACCOUNT. Are you kidding me? Someone from FNB needs to call me immediately to sort this out, and do not tell me to go back to the branch.
