Been ****med R480 00 the bank told me that they only managed to recover R9900

hellopeter I just want you to help me with First national Bank to pay me back the recover money I've been ****med R480000 last year 2020 December on the 11 they only send me e-mail to say they have only recovered R9 900 offwhich it doesn't make sense when I asked them to refund that cent still they don't want to refund me actually I don't know what is happening with FNB this bank is so frastrating my heart is broken ,I went to bank to make a call to say I want them to tell my investigating officer to email me consent form again till now it's been a month now am still waiting for simple consent form... please help me out my investigating officer name is Nhlamolo Baloyi
