BEEN LOOPHOLED BY FNB

Surely this should be ******* to some degree. Carrying on from my last review. FNB did not assist me in resolving my matter period. I asked for proof of when I made thee arrangement to pay this account and they keep sending me statements ,is that proof?? To my understanding the should be a telephone recording or proof of payment surely but I am not getting any of that and yes you guessed it only another statement. Worse this account was opened in 2017 and the last statement they sent me is dated that I opened this account in 2020 I have proof and made sure I kept it. This whole system is rigid we are seriously been loopholed
