Been forced to sign the offer document without the offer being given!!!!!!!!!

Have you ever been forced by FNB to sign a document before they have answered the most basic question??? Well I just have I have sent 2 emails to Tevin & his reply both twice has been sign the document. HOW CAN I SIGN WHEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE OFFER IS? WHAT IS THE OFFER???????????????????????????????????
