Been 1 Month & Still NO Answer

19Feb: I tried to apply for a credit card, but was told that a letter from FNB legal department is needed to lift an application (to see if I even qualify). A FNB agent at the branch requested it for me, I was told to wait 3-5 working days.
26Feb: I went to the branch to call again as I was constantly on hold (exhausting my airtime) & I was given direct contact numbers.
29Feb: I phoned the direct numbers & was told that the wrong letter was requested, so nothing happened. So I then requested the \right\" letter!
4Mar: I went to the branch to complain as no letter was sent as yet. A FNB agent phoned the CC division for me & apparently I needed to actually EMAIL FNB Legal to request a letter?!
7Mar: I emailed a request for the letter.
8Mar: I received the letter.
9Mar: I went to the branch & a FNB agent did a manual CC application for me.
16Mar: I followed up but no answer for me as yet, so I had it escalated. I was told to wait at least 2 days.
18Mar: I followed up but no answer for me as yet.

It's now 22 March, more than a month later!!
If I find out - after all of this - that I don't even qualify, then I'm closing all my FNB accounts & changing banks."
