I trusted you enough to be quick with my bank account application, only to find that you are not able to process documents quick enough. Today I went to make a deposit at your Bryanston Square branch only to find that you guys have not processed my forms which I sent to you a while ago.

Kindly be quick about this too. I need this to be done with already. Goodness.

I even forgot about Nedback because your consultant was quick enough with the application. Swift. Quality. Now this is happening.
