Be communication

FNB can you please respond to my email. I have send an email to the personal loan department and I haven't received any response. My debt has been paid and I'm sure you are going to debit my account on the 25th of May 2020. Please close my personal loan account otherwise it will be a hassle to refund my money. I hate this 3 days and no response.
