BE CAREFULL OF FNB BUSINESS AND FNB CONNECT!! YOU WILL PULL YOUR HAIR OUT

FNB Business has put a HARD HOLD on my business account ( which i have used and transacted after i have opened it successfully and after i have sent in everyting needed. Now i have clients money in the account that i need to pay for the items the paid for and i cant access my money, i cant have any money coming in, therefor also losing business , clients and money. THIS IS PATHETIC. I Spent hours at the branch today where I was PROMISED the hold will be lifted. Now its 17h00 and the hold is STILL on my account. WHO is going to pay for the financial damage thats been done to me now????? I also bought a device thru FNB taht was sent back to them due to it being too small, I took a bigger version in its place and they were supposed to remove the returned device from my profile, but they are NOT doing this. They are now charging me for a device i had less than 12 hours and have sent back in its original condition. HOW DOES THIS WORK?????HOW is this LEGAL or FAIR??? I HAVE SPENT HOURS AND HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYINGTO SORT THIS!!! PATHETIC!
