Be careful when giving confidential documents

Unfortunately I did not record all dates and times of events because I did not expect it to come to this.<br> I administrate a few trusts and some of them are handled as a business.<br> I opened up bank accounts for these trusts with FNB Greenstone, and with the administration of opening a bank account I needed to supply all FICA documents. <br> A while ago I got a notification from the bank that they needed FICA docs from me. I was stunned when I learned that they did not possess the documents that I originally submitted anymore. What happened to these documents, and who may have gotten hold of these very confidential documents?<br> Under great protest I eventually submitted all documents they asked for. Spending a great deal of my valuable time. And even having to spend MY money to keep them happy. Who am I to argue with a bully bank.<br> Once submitted I got notification that the documents were received and all was in order. <br> On 24/04/2015 I got notification from the bank that my account has been frozen due to non complience. I phoned the bank and asked what was wrong. They told me that there were some documents still outstanding. These I sent to them. But no luck My BUSINESS account is still unava
