Be careful of FNB ewallet they hold your money back and then they don’t eeease it since they are the one who are in charge of your money and they also don’t want to give it back too the owners they are ****** useless

Fnb is thee most pathetic ever bank too bank with I had done an ewallet for my son last week Saturday the 30 August 2025 in the afternoon and my son was unable too retrieve his ewallet I called these idiotic consultants that my child hasn’t received his money for transport fare and he can’t even go too school !!! And these ********* consultants by the name of Sandra at Boom street branch was rude and naive and I lodged a complaint stating her arrogance and u ethical behaviour too help out and the matter was referred too their branch manager whom in return did not come too a conclusion and he sent them emails yooo ewallet service and easy zero enquiries and guess what they didn’t even answer ny any automated emails whatsoever they have just left it since Thursday and Friday there was no response I On Saturday I was told it should be solved by 24-48hrs off which it’s long gone till today I am unable too retrieve my son s bus fare and is it fair that my son cannot go too school because Dbn has held his bus fare money and I don’t even know whether do they understand the matter of urgency that a matric child needs too attend school with his own money !!! I am now sick and tired of calling fnb or sending emails because not even one person bother themselves to assist abs consider matters urgent so guys don’t w Ever use FNB wallet !because they don’t know what it means when you say you need your money for child too go too school and being mindful this person is busy writing trials and they are so ruthless they just don’t take any one into account especially the fact that my son is doing matric they are just relaxed and they don’t care or Is it because it’s not their children and if I only knew that fnb is thee most useless bank ever when they are using fnb be careful guys fnb is useless!!!!!
