Be careful for FNB Merchant Services

Never use FNB Merchant Services, they will **** you, rather use Capitec, ABSA or Yoco.

I called 2 November 2023, to cancel my speedee device, so few days later the picked up the device. By the end of November, they charged me monthly fee that is R230, and extra fee, don't know what it is, of R420.00. So I dispute the payment because I already canceled the device. After that, there was every month till April 2 debit orders, and every month I disputed it. In June 2024, they send me a email that said I owe them almost R3000, so I called them, the lady said they have the recording of the call I made to cancel the device and someone will come back to me, and obviously nobody did. So few days ago in September, they called me and hand me over to the attorneys, i send them a email with all the details and dates, still nobody can't read or don't want to understand. Why do I need to pay rental for something a device that I don't have anymore? It's just their way to ***** extra money. Will definitely cancel all my FNB accounts.
