Be careful for advertised specials
Normally FNB is good, but I came across an issue. It is like false advertising. I queried this telephonically and followed up with emails and tried secure chat, but have no respons.
On 15 June FNB advertised 15% back in eBucks on Takealot one day specials for 15 and 16 June. I bought such a special on 25 June and have not received my rewards in eBucks.
This is a ****.
