Be aware of FNB private banking!!!

Private banking at FNB is a complete waste of time and money!

Our first complaint in March still not resolved... requests for the complaint to get forwarded to management is blocked on every level!

Getting phoned about a car that was paid of in 2002, already where the query is on a current account?

Replying to an email that was send today “manger” Gavin Moodly yields a response “I have moved roles and I am no longer your dedicated Private Banker.”

Needs to contact a new banker now, so this means 4 bankers this year? Last banker **** to us...

Can not consolidate existing loans... and the list goes on... and on...

You still expect clients to stay with you?

The problem is not the one client you loose FNB... Word of mouth is your biggest enemy!
