Baseless reasons Decline of Further Lending Home Loan

Dear FNB,

I have app**** for the Home Loan for Further Lending with FNB on the 30 June 2025. Today I have received the outcome of my application indicating that, it was decline because, one or more of the applicants has an arrears status on their FirstRand credit card/s as a reason. And I challenged the reason because my credit score is extremely excellent and I do not have any arrears with all of my accounts. And I visited the FNB Polokwane branch today(02 July 2025) and the consultant who helped me confirmed that I do not have any arrears. To my surprise I qualify for vehicle loan, Credit cards, personal loans of the same amount I requested on this application for further lending which it was declined. It could this be that the race card is at play i FNB or what? Please I need your urgent assistance in reviewing and resolving this unfairly decline of my application, which I regard the decline reasons as baseless given my current financial status, because without any doubt I can afford the loan. Your assistance in regard will be highly appreciated...Thank you!
