I submitted an application to access my additional funds payment on my bond. today I get a phone call from Pearl, a consultant at Fnb asking me to send my payslip to prove how I'm paying my bond. I then say I pay my bond through transfer to my bond account. She then says I won't be allowed to access my money if I don't fill the debit order form.
What kind of rules are these, because for months I've been paying my bond through transfer and it is not even on arrears. Everytime I want to access my funds, I am always taken from pillar to post.

03 Apr 2023, 11:04They promised to give me feedback on my complaints, even now no one has bothered to call and inform me of the outcome. Almost a week my application has not been processed.
