Bankstatements in Afrikaans

<p>I'm travelling to New Zealand Jan 2016 and part of the new NZ immigration requirements I have to apply for a Visa. One of the Visa requirements is 6 months bank statements. I went into a branch to get the statements where I was informed that they can't give to statements to me in English because my preferred language is English. How is this possible??? IT's system generated statemetns, surely it must be easy to switch your language on your historic statements. I need a solution on hor to get my statements in English because I need to apply for the Visa otherwise I will lose R16000 because of Afrikaans statements! And the burnden will fall in my lap.</p> <p>Please as a client of FNB I need your help on solving this problem URGENTLY as I get no assistance from the branch or call centre</p>
