Banks ***** your money if you don't WATCH them!
I'm so tired of the bank playing games with my account! I suggest to everyone to check your bank balance daily. Then they have *********** fools on the SUPPOSED support chat! They have the temerity to ARGUE with you when you dispute the figures! The idiot I spoke to was named Francine. fire her!

05 Oct 2024, 00:58I have realized what the problem is. FNB has introduced a whole range of invasive features that mess with available balances. One of them is called "Nav life". The settings are changed by FNB staff without any explanation. I hugely resent their invasion of my personal management of my funds with their SMART/DUMB features. Once again, I will have to go in to the branch to have all this ******* disabled. If you try to disable it yourself, they want FACIAL RECOGNITION - NO! THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! KINDLY KEEP YOUR GRUBBY HANDS OFF MY ACCOUNT SETTINGS AND THE MANAGEMENT OF MY PERSONAL FUNDS! I have to PAY for your interference in my personal finances? THIS HAS GOTTEN TOTALLY OUT OF HAND. IT'S TIME TO GET RID OF THIS BANKING SYSTEM!
