Banks will bleed you dry!

After complaining about them double debited my account for outstanding loans due to me being unemployed, they contacted me and said they could do nothing to help since my account was in arrears. How can you pay an account if you are unemployed but will to pay it off is not good enough. As if we are not struggling enough with thus pandemic the banks will still take your last cent no matter what your circumstances are. So sad.
