Banks redundancy on accounts *****

Unauthorized transactions are happening in my account leaving me in a minus balance when the bank is meant to protect me from *****. I call the bank and im told i have to wait and i have to make a dispute and fill in a form and the department for ***** is offline on weekends.why must i wait for long until my account is fixed! I need to use my money immediately and now im stuck with an emergency ! And i have to suffer the consequences! The apps wont allow for disputes as well . So what am i to do?
