Banks ******ing money from their clients!

A few months ago I engaged with FNB regarding unpaid fees charged on my account with no debt accounted for on there. FNB failed to resolve this matter and instead sent me their fees guide and left it at that. Here I am again with the same problem if not far worse. I am charged unpaid fees for a supposed purchase that was delayed on their end however went through perfectly on my side with proof of in-contact and Just for you messages. Every time I’ve reached to FNB for a resolution, I am told that these are their prices and no further assistance can be given. I have been a FNB client for over 15years and cannot believe what I am experiencing. This is beyond ******ion!
