Banks get Richer charging fees to the struggling consumer

When will banks actually help the consumer? - They only take from Consumers. It drives me insane when banks charge ridiculous fees based on their automated systems. R155 is just too ridiculous for banks to charge consumers when the account goes into excess. It is insane, again I say, the rich taking from the poor with no shame at all.
