Banks do not care about people but yet they rely on them to exist but are arrogant and control you once they get hold of youy

to qualify for ebucks you have to meet certain criteria that the bank stipulates ,since 2006 i have not received any e bucks because of a problem with my credit card that nobody wants to resolve i did write about it but just thinking about it my personal cheque account has never had any issues at all and i have been banking with FNB for 40years so i have lost thousands of ebucks because of one issue that is outstanding and should be deleted long time ago but it sits there which causes me to have a bad reputation within the FirstRand group which prevents me getting a small overdraft or small loan from them but i can get loans from other companies that bank with FNB without a problem does not sit well with me that a bank can treat people who have put millions of Rands bought houses cars all through FNB and always paid off everything bar one thing that was beyond my control and i lost everything with no help from the bank and yet i still bank with them just shows what a idiot like so many other that carry on doing business with banks who only care about money and not the person who puts it in despite there bull**** advertising
