BANKS BAD ATTITUDE

I am sick and tired of First National Bank who constantly charges you R40.00 for every debit order you reverse even though you have put a stop payment on the debit order and also informed the other party that you no longer wished to use their services anymore. When you phone FNB you are dealt with by rude individuals who say you can only reverse a EFT after 24 hours but on other occasions I have been able to reverse it in the afternoon when it had been done in the morning. Really banks in this country are a disgrace. I am beginning to believe its better to put your money under your mattress.
