Banks are out to get you!
On Monday the 7th of December 2015 I sent an email to
Fnb loans department requesting a debit order suspension due for this month.
Reason for that is that I am unemployed currently however my situation will change in February 2016.
I am trying to avoid arrears and debit orders bouncing.
The response I got was that I can only make arrangements when my account is in arrears By Two consultants Khosi who subsequently transferred me Lethu who again said it's policy that they can't make arrangements for a customer in my position. No attempt was made to help resolve my query basically I was told you signed for it now deal with it. This lack of empathy and lack of assistance is the reason why I stopped banking with Fnb. This query was not rep**** on email and I never received a reference for it. No service delivery.
