Banks and other companys are runned by asses

Went to Fnb on queen street Durban central, waited in line for a n hour to do cash deposit, there were around 7 to 10 people before and around 20 people after me, in this hour there were people escorted from the back of me to do withdrawals so I questioned the security why is this so they should wait coz I and other people before me are waitn as well so I asked for manager the security told me to go in, I spoke to a lady and told me to go to another branch instead of requesting us to go to tellers to deposit and go on but instead they didn't even bother to apologize and tell us that the machines are not allowing to deposits and they made us wait over an hour instead of requesting us to go tellers to our deposits, tellers are only used for over R20 000 deposits which I think was bull ****, I never met the manager, I and alot of people pay our fees to fnb in fact we are paying these assholes that work for fnb or any other bank, it's runned by asses who won't even bother
