BANKS ALLOWING UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

I have visited some entertainment area and took a month on month membership to participate. The place sent a debit order which I reversed and called them about the month on month agreement. The second month they tried to get the money again but I didn't have money and I got charged. This month, they sent 2 demand deposits and I cannot reverse those payments. I called FNB and I almost ran out of airtime holding for payments reversals until I selected a different option than reversals and I got the option of using chat messaging. Shirley from reversals told me that the provider has changed the transaction so the bank cannot reverse it and I cannot even block if for the future. I should call the service provider. I have banked with Fnb since 1986 when my account was a Bob-T account. I banked with FNB when I was a student. I am still banking with FNB and I have never been unable to reverse any payments. I cannot believe that I have to close my account in order to avoid my money from being taken without authorization but if that is all I am left with I will have to close my account.

I cannot believe that banks allow people to have access to our accounts just because they know that there's a "payment form" that cannot be reversed by the BANKS???

If I cannot get my money back and I cannot prevent this payment from coming off my account again, then I'll have to change banks.
