Banks absolutely useless.

I've been trying to decrease my credit card limit for months, and this is not the first time. Each time I get told to do it on the app, I don't have an app becuase FNB cancelled mthe card I could use to register the app.. Now they tell me to make a payment of R300, I have nobody to pay it to. Then I get told to call a number, I can never get thhrough and Im calling fromverseas so the call is costing alot of money!!!
