I was so pleased with the resent service I got at FNB. I was doing a transaction and since it was not my usual amount I immediately received a call to enquire about this transaction and my safety. If I'm being ****med and if I received the goods. The guy questioned me so much if I was held hostage he was going to pick it up. Infact, the way he was questioning me suggested that he was searching if I'm in a good environment but not in a way that ********s will get that he is doing that. Question: if I had not answered my phone, what was going to happen?
