Banking not made easy

Due to Fnb *********** bankers I have a negative credit rating and listed as a bar payer at one of my credit providers. The only way they want to assist is by giving me a letter to provide to the credit provider saying that it's not my fault and they should not list me.... Bad bad bad...I'm ever sorry I moved my salary to FNB.

They not even asking me as a client how they can assist or what do I suggest .. the only thing they good at is saying sorry...I've asked to speak to a manager on duty and was told by Brian Sithole all managers are on leave really no manager in such a big call center
