Banking no phoning back nothing

I've been trying to get the credit card department to find out we're my cards are. I have also tried this sms chat but again fnb fail to deliver services. As when the consultant wants to talk I'm back at work. They bank keeps me hanging. Wonder when they going to fix this problem
