banking money not going into my account

<p>Friday the 23 of June somebody send 7000 into my account received a online confirmation now today 2650 was paid and got the email but it dont reflect so what is happening with my acount and when i call the banking team it gets cut off and my issuse off the uncapp simcards is not sorted out they say one minute it can go off my business account the next minute it cant </p>
