For the past 6 months now i have been trying to get these people to take a single action on my account, every time I initiate a chat they take 5 mins to respond to a single message, my last chat lasted for 1.5 hours with no resolution. Premium service is a joke. Instead every month they keep taking off unrelated fees from my account.
