Banking Fees are not waiver

I have Private Client Cheque account with FNB, and on their pricing pamphlet it indicates that "Minimum balance for monthly fee to be waived (the balance must not drop below this at any point) to qualify for monthly fee rebate22" now they have been charging me the monthly fee when I have met the requirements for the waiver, "Linked Savings Pocket22" the "22" on here is how they link their statement on their pricing. Now i have been emailing back an forth with Thashia Vather and she say the pamphlet "clearly states" that the balance must be in the cheque account "only" an not in linked accounts an i have asked 3 times now to show me where it says that an she has failed to do so. I would like the banking fee reimbursed to me from the month of Nov/2017 till Jan/2018.
