Banking fees

The staff was promoting accounts and getting us to sign up at Netcare Rosebank A lot of misinformation was given. The only reason I decided to open the account was because it was said there won't be fee's till May. To date I have been charged monthly fees, deposit fees and the likes. I need someone to look into this cause it's frustrating
