Banking details change

I spoke to Katlego and L Sothoane from Fnb requesting a simple banking details change.<br> The request was to simply change the debit order account number from savings to cheque same BANK.<br> The service i got is appalling for FNB's standards, the call centre IVR needs updating. To this point my bankinig details will not be changed.
