Banking charges *******

Wrote a bad review for this company and less than an hour later they contact me to resolve the query yet when I call you for over 6 months you cant get the issue sorted, NOT only is the issue still NOT sorted but they offered me a small refund for incorrect banking charges and not even a week later they find a way to recharge those incorrect fees again.
