Banking charges!

I went to a FNB branch in soweto Dobsonville last month to have my fnb monthly account fees moved to the 25th of every month as per my payday because I don't understand what's the story with deducting monthly fees in the middle of the month!!!Ok I thought everything has been processed and my requested granted only to find another R200 for banking fees was taken out again this month!!!FNB is no longer running a business but a ****!
