Banking App License Disc renewal FAILURE AGAIN!!!!!

I keep saying and will again... FNB has a good mobile app and offerings, but it does not help when the functionality does NOT work.

2nd year running, I'm having issues on the app doing my vehicle license disc renewal. I complete everything, and it gets stuck once again on the payment screen, even after "clearing cache" as per X admin advice.

Come FNB, get **** together!
